DNASecure Cards and
DNASecure Personal Identity Portfolio
Our DNA Preservation Service offers you two DNASecure Cards containing your verified DNA. Our laboratory will extract the DNA from the cheek swab samples you submit. Then, they will verify that the DNA is pure and of sufficient quantity to be used for future testing. At that point, they will place your DNA on two DNASecure Cards which will prevent the growth of bacteria or viruses which would harm your DNA sample. The Cards will be labeled with your name and the date and sealed in separate airtight pouches to prevent moisture from harming the samples. We offer two Cards so they may be stored in different areas or with different family members for added security.

DNASecure Profile, DNASecure Cards and
DNASecure Personal Identity Profile
We also offer a DNASecure Profile in addition to the DNASecure Cards. The laboratory will analyze a portion of your DNA sample with 12-16 different assays to give you a unique genetic profile. The portion of the DNA that is analyzed cannot be used to identify any physical or health characteristics. The tests performed will be sufficient to identify you. Your DNA pattern is suitable for framing. (In the event of future incident in which a DNA pattern is required, the Profile maybe of assistance, but most likely, it will be necessary to test the DNASecure Card containing your DNA).
